With the Sphera RS, our patented RAST system enters the high-performance class for the first time by offering a completely new flying experience. It has never been easier and so comfortable to pilot a 2-liner and to exploit its full performance potential. That’s why the Sphera RS is the first choice for ambitious XC pilots as well as aspiring competition pilots who want to enter the 2-liner class and raise themselves to a higher level. RAST helps you to focus completely on your flying task in order to get the most out of the day.
Sphera RS – How it started:
We first put RAST in our paragliders that were certificated A through to C and it soon proved its worth in practice. Therefore it was a logical step to think that it should also have unique advantages to offer pilots of 2 liners too.
Who is the SPHERA RS for?
We developed the Sphera RS for XC record hunters who want to live their passion at competition level. RAST gives you maximum control in every situation to get the most out of your flying day.

My first 300 km FAI triangle 😀
This time it has worked out. Even though I made some mistakes during the flight and had to handle some low saves, it was still enough for 305 km in the end. In Lüsen I probably caught the last thermal and just made it into the Dolomites. Over the high plateau east of the Kronplatz it was then again really tricky. In the end, however, I was able to glide back into the Antholz Valley with my #SpheraRS at sunset.

What a great day. Made it through the first difficult hours together with Dino, Andrea and Verena. She flew sensationally, but flying together with Enzos is challenging. With the Sphera RS I could keep up nicely again. It climbs just great and is so easy to fly.

Such a great flight🤩. First I wanted to glide out to Betânia, then it would have been over 420km. But because of the few kilometers to stress the retriever and the other pilots must not be.
TESTIMONIALS
Tim Huber, Swing XC team pilot and DHV-XC 2021 overall winner, recently achieved his first major FAI triangle with his brandnew Sphera RS. We asked him about the story behind this flight:
At 7:30 am, I meet up with Didi and Torsten at the Unternberg takeoff, in my backyard. The wind is from the east at the top, which is not ideal for either of the two launch sites. […read more]
