Reparaturen, Checks, TrimmChecks

For services of any kind (repairs, checks, trim checks) please complete the form below and send it to us together with your glider. We will take care of everything else.

Please always send us your glider without accessories and packing bag, this makes our work easier and we can ensure that you have your glider back in your hands as quickly as possible.

If you want to send the umbrella to us from countries outside the EU, please contact us in advance to avoid customs problems. Otherwise we may not be able to accept the shipment.

Please note the following points when sending your paragliding equipment to SWING:

  • We can only check, inspect and repair SWING products.
  • Enclose a completed order form with your shipment. You can download and print the form here [ Order form]
  • Mark damaged areas on the glider, harness or rescue system with suitable adhesive tape.
  • Pack your umbrella well – with the lines untangled and neatly folded – and think of a cardboard box as cut protection.
  • Send your shipment by post to SWING Flugsportgeräte GmbH, An der Leiten 4, 82290 Landsberied, if you are resident in Germany or another country of the European Union. You can also bring your paraglider to us in person.

  • Major repairs on the occasion of an inspection will only be carried out after consultation.
  • The execution of work by SWING usually takes two to three weeks; at peak times and/or for major repairs, longer waiting times must be expected.
