The warranty only covers defects in material and workmanship. To make a warranty claim, inform us immediately after discovering a defect and send the defective product to SWING or the SWING importer in your country for inspection at your own expense, enclosing a copy of the invoice. Warranty decisions and warranty repairs are carried out exclusively by SWING itself. In the event of a warranty claim, SWING will decide how to remedy the manufacturing defect (repair, replacement of parts or equivalent replacement of the product).
