From a blind date to 6 trophies: Levi Gyurka on the SPHERA 2 RS in Huéscar
Sometimes the best stories start with a simple message.
A few weeks ago, Levi Gyurka reached out to us. Coming from the CCC competition scene, he was looking for a high-performance EN-C 2-liner with a bit more aspect ratio. The SPHERA 2 RS caught his attention.
After a few conversations, he decided to take the leap and bought one without even test-flying it. A true blind date.

And what a match it turned out to be. At the Liga Nacional in Huéscar (10 to 14 October 2026, FAI Category 2, four tasks), Levi flew his first competition on the SPHERA 2 RS. The results speak for themselves:

🥉 3rd overall, competing against CCC wings
🥇 1st place in the Serial Class
In the Spanish Liga Nacional ranking, he also wins the Serial and the Sport Class and finishes 2nd overall.
“A pleasure to fly”
What makes this story even better is Levi’s feedback: “I’m very happy with the Sphera. It feels very comfortable and a pleasure to fly; it doesn’t sway, it turns very well, and it remains stable when accelerating.”
He even mentioned that he couldn’t make many direct glide comparisons with other wings, because he spent so much time flying ahead of the field.
